Metrino Online strives for a zero-defect experience, but the complexities of mobile networks and diverse hardware ecosystems mean we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our services are provided "as-is" and "as available". We specifically disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Account Negligence
Failing to secure your credentials or sharing access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access that stems from user-side data leaks.
Protocol Circumvention
Using VPNs or spoofing tools to bypass regional content restrictions. This triggers automated security flagging and service suspension.
Third-Party Interference
Relying on unofficial 'mod' applications or overlays. These compromise the tactile design of the Metrino experience and void all user support protections.
Investigative Disclosure
Before committing to the Metrino ecosystem, seasoned users often inquire about the scope of our authority over user data and service longevity. We maintain a transparent ledger of updates and will notify you via the application interface at least 15 days prior to any significant material changes in these terms.
Can my account be terminated without warning?
